We seek a highly skilled and experienced UI/UX designer to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging and intuitive user interfaces and experiences for our digital products and supervising the team.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify user needs and business requirements, and design solutions that align with company goals.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that meet user needs and project requirements.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop design guidelines, standards, and best practices to ensure consistency across all digital products.
- Manage the design process, including defining project scope, establishing timelines, and managing project deliverables.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.
- Stay up to date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies to ensure our products remain competitive in the market.
- Mentor and train junior designers to help them develop their skills and contribute to the success of the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a focus on digital product design.
- Strong knowledge of design principles, user-centered design methodologies, and usability best practices.
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma,and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to lead design projects from conception to launch.
- Experience managing and mentoring junior designers.
