We are looking for an experienced and creative Senior UI & Graphic Designer to join our team. This role requires a strong combination of software UI/UX design, website design, branding, and graphic design. You will be responsible for creating engaging digital experiences as well as producing high-quality marketing and branding materials across all company platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
1. UI / Software Design
- Design intuitive user interfaces for websites
- Create wireframes, user flows, mockups and interactive prototypes.
- Collaborate with developers and product managers.
- Improve UX and maintain design systems.
2. Website Design
- Design company websites and landing pages.
- Create responsive layouts and work with developers for implementation.
- Graphic Design & Branding
- Design posters, brochures, flyers, banners, and social media creatives.
- Produce corporate presentation materials and branding assets.
3. Campus & Environmental Design
- Design tuition centre storefronts, signboards, wall graphics, classroom visuals and reception areas.
- Prepare print-ready artwork and liaise with production vendors.
4. Marketing Support
- Support campaigns, events and exhibitions.
- Produce simple motion graphics and marketing visuals when required.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Design or related disciplines.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in UI/UX Design and Graphic Design.
- Proven experience designing software products, web applications, mobile applications or SaaS platforms.
- Strong understanding of responsive design and UX principles.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
- Experience in the Education or EdTech industry is an advantage.
- Proficiency in spoken and written Mandarin is required as this role involves communicating with Mandarin-speaking clients and business partners who may not be proficient in English.
