Position Overview
As a Senior UI/UX Designer at Classera, you will lead the design vision and user experience strategy for our smart learning platforms. You will translate complex educational and product requirements into intuitive, scalable, and visually engaging digital experiences across web and mobile applications. This role requires strong ownership, research-driven thinking, and close collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Business teams.
Experience
46 years of experience in UI/UX design with proven ownership of end-to-end product design for web and mobile applications. Experience in SaaS, platform-based products,or EdTech is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead user research activities, usability testing, and persona development.
- Define UX strategy aligned with product vision and business objectives.
- Create user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for multi-platform solutions.
- Build and maintain scalable design systems and style guides.
- Ensure consistency across products through theming and light/dark modes implementation.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and Developers to ensure seamless implementation.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders.
- Identify UX gaps and continuously optimize based on user data and feedback.
- Mentor junior designers and elevate overall design quality.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior UI/UX Designer.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex product design (web & mobile).
- Strong expertise in building and maintaining scalable design systems, including theming and light/dark modes.
- Advanced proficiency in modern UI/UX tools (Figma preferred) to streamline workflows and enhance collaboration with development teams.
- Strong understanding of usability principles, accessibility, and responsive design.
- Experience designing scalable SaaS or platform-based products.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field.
