About the Role
We are hiring a Senior UI/UX Designer for a rapidly scaling, AI-driven product organization building next-generation automation tools for enterprise workflows.
The ideal candidate is someone who can translate complex systems into simple, intuitive experiences and is comfortable owning design end-to-endfrom research to wireframes to production-ready UI.
You will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and AI specialists to design seamless user journeys for high-impact enterprise products.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design of end-to-end user experiences for web-based enterprise applications
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
- Conduct user research, usability studies, and gather insights to guide design decisions
- Build and maintain design systems ensuring consistency across all product surfaces
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure smooth handoff and implementation accuracy
- Work closely with Product to refine requirements and define UX strategy
- Iterate based on feedback from users, product stakeholders, and design reviews
- Advocate for UX best practices and accessibility across the product lifecycle
Requirements
- 49 years of experience in UI/UX, Product Design, or Interaction Design
- Strong portfolio showcasing web app or SaaS platform design work (mandatory)
- Experience designing for complex workflows, dashboards, or data-heavy applications
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design tools
- Understanding of UX research methods and ability to translate insights into design
- Strong typography, layout, and visual design skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced startup environments with iterative product cycles
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Nice to Have
- Experience designing for AI/ML or automation tools
- Familiarity with design systems at scale
- Understanding of frontend constraints (HTML/CSS/React)
- Prior experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise platforms
