Positions: Senior UI UX Designer

Duration: 6+ Months

Job Location: Ras Al Khaimah , UAE (Onsite)

Job Purpose

The successful candidate will be at the forefront of the design and user experience efforts across key platforms including the website, customer portal, agent portal, and mobile app. This role will play a crucial part in creating intuitive, visually appealing, and user-centered interfaces that enhance user engagement, and experience to drive strategic business requirements. The Senior UI/UX Designer will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, 3rd party vendors, and business stakeholders, to ensure a seamless and effective user experience.

Years of Experience

• 5+ years experience in delivering digital products in cross-functional teams from start to finish in a fast paced environment.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Senior UI/UX designer, with a proven track record of designing
• successful digital products such as portals, web and mobile applications.

Other requirements

• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and information architecture.
• Experience designing for Salesforce and SAP integrations is a strong advantage.
• Solid portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design work and demonstrating your design process.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey design concepts and rationale to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to manage a team, work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment.
• Experience leading design projects and mentoring junior designers is a plus

Educational Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering, Design, Product Management, Human Computer Interaction, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
