Job Title: Senior UI/UX Designer
Location: Ras Al-Khaimah
Type: 12 months Contract
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end design processes for the website, customer portal, agent portal, and mobile app, from concept to final product implementation.
Create user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design ideas and concepts.
Develop a deep understanding of user needs, behaviors, and motivations through user research and testing.
Conduct user research, and usability testing, and gather feedback to improve the user experience iteratively.
Work closely with CX, IT, 3rd party vendors, and consultants to ensure the feasibility of design concepts and provide guidance during the development phase.
Collaborate with business leads to align design strategies with business goals and objectives.
Develop and maintain UI design guidelines, pattern libraries, and style guides to streamline design implementation.
Design interfaces that seamlessly integrate with the Salesforce CRM and SAP ERP systems, providing users with a unified experience across all platforms.
Required Skills & Experience:
5+ years experience in delivering digital products in cross-functional teams from start to finish in a fast paced environment.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Senior UI/UX designer, with a proven track record of designing successful digital products such as portals, web and mobile applications.
