A fast-growing technology company is looking for a UI/UX Designer to help build scalable, high-impact digital products. You will work on platforms designed for both B2B and B2C users, contributing to solutions built for international markets.
This role is ideal for someone who combines strong UX thinking with hands-on design execution and enjoys solving real product problems.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct UX research to understand user needs and behaviors
- Plan and run user interviews and usability testing sessions
- Translate insights into clear user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs
- Design intuitive interfaces for complex systems, dashboards, and workflows
- Build and maintain a simple, scalable design system
- Ensure consistency across the product experience
- Iterate on designs based on feedback and data
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in UI/UX design
- Strong experience in UX research, user interviews, and usability testing
- Ability to design complete user flows and end-to-end experiences
- Experience designing B2B platforms (dashboards, workflows, internal tools)
- Experience working on B2C products and user-facing journeys
- Strong problem-solving mindset with focus on usability and clarity
- Proficiency in Figma (or similar tools)
- Ability to work independently in a remote, part-time setup.
Expectations:
- Deliver 2–3 high-quality pages or flows per week.
- Participate in 2 online meetings per week.
- Focus on usability, clarity, and complete user journeys.
