Primary Job Title: Senior UX/UI Designer
About The Opportunity
A remote-first technology company operating in the digital product and SaaS sector, focused on building intuitive web and mobile experiences that solve complex user problems. Were hiring a Senior UI/UX Designer based in Egypt to lead product design for high-impact customer journeys and cross-functional product teams.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product design for web and mobile featuresresearch, wireframes, high-fidelity UI, and interactive prototypes.
- Own and evolve the design system and component library to ensure consistency, scalability, and faster delivery across products.
- Conduct and synthesize user research and usability tests to validate design decisions and iterate quickly on solutions.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Data teams to translate requirements into measurable UX outcomes and ship production-ready designs.
- Define interaction patterns, microcopy guidance, and accessibility best practices to improve conversion, retention, and task completion rates.
- Mentor junior designers, run design critiques, and establish design processes that improve quality and velocity.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- 4+ years of hands-on UI/UX or product design experience for consumer or B2B web & mobile products.
- Expert in Figma (components, variants, auto-layout) and proven prototyping skills (Framer, ProtoPie, InVision, etc.).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating interaction design, information architecture, and end-to-end product case studies.
- Experience building or maintaining design systems and collaborating with engineering to implement components.
- Solid practice in user research, usability testing, and translating insights into design decisions.
- Excellent communication skills and remote collaboration experience with cross-functional teams.
Preferred
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS or working knowledge of front-end constraints to improve handoff quality.
- Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG) and designing for inclusive experiences.
- Background in data-informed design: A/B testing, analytics tools, and KPI-driven iterations.
