Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Umrah & Hajj Consultant, based in Cairo. The role involves planning, organizing, and managing Umrah and Hajj travel packages while ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and regulations. Daily tasks include customer consultation, itinerary creation, handling bookings, managing visas and travel documentation, and providing exceptional service to clients. The consultant will also liaise with agents, suppliers, and partners to maintain strong business relationships.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in organizing and managing Umrah and Hajj travel packages
• Knowledge of travel planning, itinerary creation, and booking systems
• Ability to manage travel documentation, including visa processing and compliance with regulations
• Exceptional communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities
• Teamwork and collaboration skills with the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with the travel industry landscape, including suppliers, agents, and stakeholders
• Proficiency in relevant computer systems and software
• Previous experience in Umrah and Hajj consultancy is essential
• Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
