Senior Urban Design Engineer
Location: Dokki, Giza, Cairo
Working Hours: Full-time 8 hours/day
AIM United Ltd is looking to recruit a Senior Creative Designer Engineer with a strong background in urban design and a passion for delivering innovative, high impact design solutions. The successful candidate will join our dynamic team in Dokki, Giza, and play a key role in shaping the creative direction of our projects from early concepts to final execution while collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and present high-quality creative design concepts that align with project goals and client expectations.
- Work closely with architects, urban planners, and marketing teams to ensure design consistency and integration across all project phases.
- Apply advanced knowledge of urban design principles to enhance project functionality, aesthetics, and user experience.
- Produce detailed design documentation, including drawings, renderings, and presentations.
- Lead client presentations and articulate design ideas and strategies clearly and persuasively.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovations in urban design.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior designers and team members.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Urban Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of professional experience in creative design, with a strong focus on urban design projects.
- Proficiency in design and visualization tools including AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and other relevant software.
- A comprehensive portfolio demonstrating creativity, technical skill, and experience across a range of design projects.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in sustainable design approaches and familiarity with LEED standards.
- Understanding of local building codes, regulations, and zoning requirements.
