We are hiring a highly talented UX Designer to help design a next-generation digital app built for a younger, digitally native audience.

This is a greenfield role, a completely new hire with the opportunity to shape the end-to-end user experience of a product designed to feel intuitive, playful, and rewarding, not corporate or traditional.

The Opportunity

You will be responsible for designing a mobile-first digital app that feels more like a game than a financial product.

The goal is simple:

• Make the experience feel engaging and playful
• Design journeys that are drag, drop, swipe, pull
• Create an experience users want to return to

This role reports to Marketing.

What You'll Be Designing

• A consumer-facing digital app aimed at a younger generation
• Intuitive, playful user journeys and interactive features that feel motivating and fun
• An experience that feels modern, fluid, and emotional, not transactional

When users open the app, it should feel like playing, not managing.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end UX design of a new digital product
• Design user journeys that feel game-like, intuitive, and engaging
• Translate ideas into wireframes, flows, prototypes, and polished designs
• Challenge conventional UX patterns; this is not a traditional fintech
• Test, iterate, and continuously improve the user experience
• Ensure visual quality and interaction design are of the highest standard

Who We're Looking For

• A highly talented UX Designer with exceptional design instincts
• Someone who thinks creatively and does not come from a traditional finance mindset
• Experience in fintech, consumer tech, gaming, lifestyle, or digital-first products
• Strong portfolio demonstrating interaction design, flow, and creativity
• UAE experience not required
