Job Summary:
The Senior UX/UI Designer is responsible for designing intuitive, scalable, and user-centered experiences across Dafater's ERP and SaaS products. This role focuses on translating complex business requirements and workflows into simple, effective, and visually consistent digital experiences.
The UX/UI Designer plays a key role in improving product usability, enhancing customer experience, and supporting product innovation through strong UX thinking, business process understanding, and high-quality UI execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into user-centered design solutions.
- Design user journeys, task flows, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and interaction flows.
- Create modern, responsive, and high-fidelity UI designs aligned with company standards and product guidelines.
- Maintain consistency across different products, modules, and user interfaces.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of the company's design system.
- Identify user pain points, usability issues, and friction points, and recommend practical experience improvements.
- Conduct usability testing and validate design decisions when required.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Developers, Customer Success teams, and stakeholders to understand customer needs and business objectives.
- Participate in product discovery, feature planning, design reviews, implementation follow-up, and quality assurance activities.
- Support and mentor other designers when needed to ensure design quality and consistency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in any discipline.
- 4+ years of experience in UX/UI Design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing web applications, SaaS products, or enterprise system designs.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma.
- Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, usability, and user-centered design methodologies.
- Hands-on experience creating wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity mockups, and design systems.
- Ability to simplify complex workflows, business processes, and data-heavy interfaces.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Previous experience designing ERP, CRM, HR, Finance, or enterprise systems is highly preferred.
- Experience working in SaaS or technology product environments is a plus.
- Familiarity with Agile product development, usability testing, and user research methodologies is preferred.
