Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Senior UX/UI Designer to join our team. The Senior UX/UI Designer is responsible for leading the design of intuitive, user-centered digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. This role combines strategic UX thinking with high-quality UI execution, ensuring products are usable, accessible, and aligned with business objectives. The position requires close collaboration with developers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

User Experience (UX)

Lead end-to-end UX design activities: discovery, research, ideation, prototyping, testing, and iteration.

Translate business requirements and user needs into clear user journeys, flows, wireframes, and interaction models.

Plan and conduct user research (interviews, usability testing, surveys, analytics review).

Define and validate UX hypotheses using qualitative and quantitative data.

Ensure accessibility and usability standards (e.g. WCAG) are met.

User Interface (UI)

Design high-fidelity interfaces that are visually consistent, intuitive, and scalable.

Own and contribute to design systems, UI guidelines, and component libraries.

Ensure brand alignment across all digital touchpoints.

Deliver pixel-perfect designs and interactive prototypes (e.g. Figma).

Collaboration & Leadership

Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, and Business Stakeholders to align design with product strategy.

Provide clear design rationale and present concepts to senior stakeholders.

Mentor and review work of mid-level and junior designers.

Advocate for user-centered design best practices across the organization.

Delivery & Governance:

Support agile delivery processes (backlog training, planning documentation, design handover).

Ensure design quality through reviews and continuous improvement.

Balance user needs, technical constraints, and business priorities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field.

5+ years experience in UX/UI design for digital products (web and/or mobile).

Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX and UI work.

Advanced proficiency with design tools (Figma mandatory; others advantageous).

Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and usability testing.

Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Skills and Competencies:

Experience with enterprise systems (Oracle Fusion, Oracle CRM, ServiceDesk, Squarespace) and complex digital platforms.

Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, design handoff to developers).

Experience designing for accessibility and inclusive design.

Exposure to data-driven design and analytics tools.
