Conduct hands-on UX and UI activities including journey mapping, task flows, wireframing and component design
Create high-fidelity designs that align with the brand direction, accessibility standards, and modern mobile and desktop design patterns using design system components.
Support and evolve the design system, ensuring scalability, consistency, and efficient integration with engineering teams.
Partner closely with product owners, engineers, and data/AI teams in an agile delivery model, participating in ceremonies (stand-ups, refinement, planning, retros) to ensure alignment and rapid iteration.
Review front-end implementations, ensuring pixel-perfect quality, usability, accessibility, and adherence to the design system.
Collaborate with engineering teams to address design gaps, provide clarifications, and ensure features are delivered as intended.
Support creation of interactive prototypes for user testing, stakeholder presentations, and feasibility validation with developers.
