Senior UX/UI Designer

About the Role:

We are looking for a Sr, UX/UI Designer to help design, improve, and scale our digital products. This role focuses on delivering intuitive user experiences, evolving our Design System, and collaborating closely with engineers and stakeholders to build scalable, high-quality solutions.

The ideal candidate combines strong UX thinking with excellent visual design skills and a technical mindset. They are passionate about Design Systems, component-driven design, and leveraging AI-powered tools to improve design workflows and product quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design user-centered experiences for web and mobile applications
• Translate business requirements into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces
• Build, maintain, and evolve the company's Design System with reusable components and documentation
• Partner with engineers to ensure accurate implementation and consistency across products
• Design scalable solutions that support long-term product growth
• Simplify complex workflows while maintaining usability and consistency
• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle
• Leverage AI tools (Claude Code, Figma AI/Agent) to accelerate workflows, prototyping, and design-to-code handoff
• Apply AI to streamline repetitive tasks, Design System audits, and data-backed design decisions

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, CS, HCI, Interaction Design, or related technical discipline
• 5+ years professional UX/UI design experience
• Strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking, UX problem solving, and visual design
• Advanced proficiency in Figma
• Proven experience building and maintaining Design Systems
• Strong understanding of component-based design, interaction design, IA, usability, and accessibility
• Experience designing responsive web and mobile applications
• Experience collaborating closely with software engineers
• Experience designing for SaaS, platform, or marketplace products
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
