What You'll Be Doing

Strategic Vendor Leadership

• Build trusted relationships with strategic technology vendors and become their primary alliance partner within Pax8.
• Lead joint business planning activities that create long-term value and measurable growth.
• Drive executive engagement, business reviews, and partnership governance activities.
• Manage commercial agreements, programme participation, and alliance investments.

Accelerate Growth

• Create and execute collaborative go-to-market strategies with vendor partners.
• Work closely with Sales teams to identify and convert co-sell opportunities.
• Partner with Marketing to deliver impactful campaigns, enablement initiatives, and demand-generation activities.
• Represent Pax8 at industry events, partner summits, and strategic meetings.

Measure Success

• Monitor alliance performance across revenue, adoption, engagement, and programme objectives.
• Analyse results to uncover growth opportunities and optimise partnership outcomes.
• Deliver strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Ensure operational excellence and alignment to vendor programme requirements.

Influence Across the Business

• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to drive alignment and execution.
• Champion vendor priorities internally while balancing broader business objectives.
• Support organisational growth by ensuring partnerships remain strategic, scalable, and commercially successful.

• Proven experience building and growing strategic relationships with technology vendors.
• Strong understanding of cloud technologies, SaaS solutions, and evolving technology ecosystems.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Considerable experience developing and executing collaborative business and go-to-market plans.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Experience managing partnership investments, programmes, and commercial outcomes.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and partner management platforms.
