Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Sales Transformation to lead critical change initiatives across our sales function. This role will be instrumental in reimagining our sales operating model to drive efficiency, profitability, and cost optimization while enhancing productivity and customer experience. The ideal candidate brings a strong track record in driving commercial transformation in sales-led environments and a deep understanding of revenue enablement levers.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Transformation Strategy
- Define and execute the sales transformation roadmap aligned with organizational objectives and growth targets.
- Re-engineer sales processes, structures, and go-to-market models to drive scalable and cost-effective outcomes.
- Benchmark and implement best practices in sales organization design, performance management, and digital tools adoption.
Cost Optimization & Operational Efficiency
- Identify cost-saving opportunities across sales infrastructure, resource deployment, and commercial investments.
- Lead zero-based budgeting (ZBB) and sales productivity initiatives to reduce SG&A costs without compromising revenue growth.
- Partner with Finance, Technology , HR, and Operations to optimize headcount, territories, and incentives.
Digital & Data-Driven Enablement
- Leverage sales analytics, CRM systems, and automation tools to improve decision-making, reduce manual processes, and enhance forecasting accuracy.
- Drive technology adoption and simplify sales tech stacks to increase ROI and reduce redundancies.
Change Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Act as a change agent for the sales function, building momentum and alignment across cross-functional teams.
- Lead governance and performance tracking for transformation programs with strong communication and stakeholder engagement.
- Upskill frontline and mid-level sales leadership to embrace new ways of working.

Qualifications & Experience
- 20 plus years of total experience, with at least 8 years in sales transformation, strategy, or commercial excellence roles.
- Real Estate experience is preferred.
- Proven experience in leading transformation in a sales-driven or B2B/B2C commercial organization.
- Exposure to cost optimization programs and change management is essential.
- Strong knowledge of CRM platforms (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) and sales enablement tools.
- MBA or equivalent degree in Business, Strategy, or related field preferred.
