About the Role:

RAKBANK is on a mission to redefine SME banking in the UAE. We are looking for a visionary leader to design, develop, and execute end-to-end value propositions that deliver exceptional experiences for our SME customers. This role is critical to driving product penetration, bundled offerings, and cross-sell across liability, lending, payments, and adjacent services. Reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer Business Banking, you will play a key role in shaping RAKBANK's market positioning and strengthening primary banking relationships in the SME segment.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Define and own the SME proposition strategy aligned with the bank's overall vision and growth objectives.
  • Develop bundled offerings and lifecycle campaigns to maximize customer lifetime value.
  • Collaborate with Lending, Payments, CX, and Digital teams to deliver integrated, customer-centric solutions.
  • Introduce partnership-led propositions such as accounting software and POS integration, driving digital enablement.
  • Track and report KPIs including cross-sell conversion rates, product penetration, and campaign ROI.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
  • Monitor competitor offerings, market trends, and regulatory changes to ensure propositions remain relevant and competitive.
  • Drive integration of propositions into digital platforms for seamless customer journeys.
  • Leverage data analytics and Voice of Customer insights to refine propositions and enhance customer experience.
  • Implement test-and-learn approaches, A/B testing, and feedback loops to optimize campaigns.

What We're Looking For:

  • 12+ years of experience in banking with strong exposure to SME/Business Banking.
  • Proven track record in product management, customer segmentation, and digital channels.
  • Bachelor's degree required, Master's preferred.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Deep understanding of SME banking products and lifecycle management.
  • Expertise in bundled pricing models, campaign design, and CRM systems.
  • Familiarity with digital onboarding, data-triggered journeys, and API integrations.
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Agility and resilience in dynamic environments.
