Key Responsibilities

• Lead multi-asset operations with a strong focus on guest satisfaction, safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Translate Miral Experiences strategic objectives into actionable operational plans that drive financial performance and service excellence.
• Champion a culture of collaboration, innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement across all operational teams.
• Partner closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional leaders to deliver on business priorities and organizational goals.
• Introduce and implement innovative operational practices that enhance guest experience and operational effectiveness at scale.
• Represent Operations within the executive leadership team and actively contribute to the long-term strategic direction of Miral Experiences.

Ideal Candidate

• Minimum 15 years of senior leadership experience within theme parks, entertainment destinations, or large-scale tourist operations.
• Proven track record of leading multi-site, high-volume operations and delivering consistent financial and service results.
• Strategic, commercially minded leader with the ability to balance long-term vision and day-to-day execution.
• Inspirational leadership style with a strong focus on service excellence, people development, and performance culture.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills at executive and board levels.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
