The Role

We are seeking a Senior Videographer/Cinematographer to lead high-end video shoots from concept through execution. You will be responsible for capturing premium visual content that meets the aesthetic and technical standards expected by luxury brands.

This is a hands-on role for someone who understands composition, lighting, movement, and storytelling, and can deliver under pressure in fast-paced production environments.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and execute high-end video shoots in studio and on location

Translate creative briefs into compelling visual storytelling

Operate cinema cameras, lighting setups, and professional audio equipment

Design lighting schemes aligned with brand tone and creative direction

Direct on-set camera movement, framing, and shot composition

Collaborate with directors, producers, stylists, and creative teams

Manage crew coordination and on-set efficiency

Ensure proper file management, backups, and handover to post-production

Maintain equipment standards and recommend technical upgrades

Stay current with filming trends, tools, and production innovations

What You Bring

Six to ten years of professional videography experience

Strong portfolio showcasing commercial and branded content

Advanced knowledge of cinema cameras, lenses, lighting, and audio systems

Strong understanding of framing, composition, exposure, and visual aesthetics

Experience working with luxury, fashion, hospitality, or premium brands preferred

Ability to manage shoots independently and handle high-pressure environments

Strong communication and leadership skills on set

Flexibility for travel and dynamic production schedules
