Get Volved is a newly launched digital media and marketing company based in Dubai. We focus on building and managing digital presence, content strategy, and online growth for brands operating in machinery, interiors, joinery, and construction industries. Our work supports businesses across the UK, Europe, China, and the UAE, with a strong emphasis on practical execution and real-world results.

We are hiring only senior and serious candidates for this role.

Mandatory Creative Task (Read Carefully)

• Understand the industry, audience, and type of content used
• Create one short video or reel using Fabertec-related content (existing visuals, clips, or your own edit approach)

• How you approach industrial / machinery-focused content

We are looking for a professional with a strong can-do mindset, who can take full ownership of video production and work confidently within a wider digital media environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and produce high-quality video content for social media, websites, and campaigns
• Work closely with marketing and creative teams to support digital growth strategies
• Handle color grading, sound design, and final output quality
• Stay updated with editing trends, AI tools, and platform-specific formats
• Lead and guide videography shoots when required, including client-site visits
• Ensure all content is mobile-first and platform-optimized (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube)

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in UAE, Middle East, or Europe (portfolio required)
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Lightroom
• Solid understanding of visual storytelling, composition, and color grading
• Hands-on knowledge of AI-based video tools and automation workflows
• Strong awareness of current trends and viral content styles
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and attention to detail
• Videography skills are mandatory, including shoot planning and coordination

Preferred Skills

• Photography and motion graphics/animation experience
• Understanding of paid social creatives (Meta, Google, LinkedIn)
• Prior experience with machinery, interiors, joinery, or construction brands is a strong advantage
