Key Responsibilities

Advanced Editing & Post-Production:

o Edit and assemble raw footage into a polished and cohesive final product, ensuring logical sequencing and narrative flow.

o Apply advanced editing techniques, including color correction/grading, visual effects, and sound design/audio mixing.

o Create and integrate motion graphics and other visual elements (titles, graphics, etc.) to enhance video quality.

o Ensure all videos meet technical specifications for various distribution platforms (e.g., broadcast, social media, web).

Leadership & Mentorship:

o Oversee the editing process for multiple projects, managing team workflow, and ensuring deadlines are met.

Collaboration & Communication:

o Collaborate closely with directors and marketers to understand the project goals and execute the creative vision.

o Efficiently handle revisions and feedback, translating abstract concepts into concrete visual solutions.

Technical & Asset Management:

o Maintain and manage all video assets, including footage, music, and graphics, ensuring proper organization, archiving, and backup.

o Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technology (e.g., new software, formats, AI-assisted editing) to continually improve production quality and efficiency.

Required Qualifications

Experience: Typically 3-5 years of professional experience in video editing, post-production, or a related field.

Portfolio: A strong professional portfolio or reel showcasing diverse projects, advanced technical skills, and storytelling ability.
