ITP Media Group is looking for a talented and motivated Senior Video Editor to deliver video content across the ITP Business and Consumer portfolio, including Time Out, Hotelier, Caterer, Commercial Interior Design, ahlan and Gault&Millau.
Based in ITP's Dubai Media City office, the ideal candidate has a passion for visual storytelling and experience creating content for digital and social platforms. The Senior Video Editor will act as a bridge between the video, editorial and commercial departments to ensure content is high quality, creative and consistent.

Requirements
Key responsibilities
- Editing high-impact editorial and commercial videos including short-form social media content, TVCs, interviews and live event footage.
- Creating content that is aligned with brand guidelines and meets editorial standards.
- Planning content calendars and daily videos for digital and social platforms, delivering 3+ reels per day.
- Maintaining a consistent volume of output during the busy season while balancing additional projects.
- Tracking project progress and sharing updates with relevant teams unprompted.
- Serving as a creative bridge between the video and commercial departments to interpret briefs and meet client expectations, always maintaining visual integrity.
- Attending key industry events, sometimes outside standard office hours, to capture and edit real-time content.
- Experimenting with new video formats and quickly assessing how to implement them to amplify audience reach.
- Anticipating bottlenecks and troubleshooting as needed.
- Contributing creative, fresh ideas and experimenting with new video formats that will amplify audience reach.
Key skills
- Previous experience in a Senior Video Editing role (Agency or Publisher experience preferred)
- Expert skills in Adobe Premiere Pro CC and After Effects.
- Proficient with upcoming video generation AI software such as Veo and Sora.
- Ability to balance editorial storytelling with commercial requirements.
- Experience writing briefs for external contributors.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize projects accordingly.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise with non-creative stakeholders.
- Ability to work quickly and with deadlines under pressure, while remaining creative and dynamic.
- Professional approach at all times.
- Fluent spoken English, Arabic desirable.
