Senior Video Editor & Motion Graphics Designer

Role Description

The Senior Video Editor & Motion Graphics Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid. This role is responsible for editing video content from raw footage to final delivery, including narrative, promotional, and social media formats. Daily tasks include assembling and refining sequences, applying advanced video color grading, designing and animating motion graphics, and integrating graphics to support storytelling and brand consistency. The person in this role collaborates closely with producers, directors, and designers, manages multiple projects and deadlines, and ensures all deliverables meet technical standards and creative expectations. Additional responsibilities may include organizing assets, maintaining project files, and contributing to the development of visual guidelines and templates.

Responsibilities:

• Edit real estate promotional videos, reels, ads, and corporate content.
• Create advanced motion graphics, typography, transitions, and visual effects.
• Develop animated location/proximity maps, masterplans, landmarks, roads, and project surroundings.
• Transform briefs into creative visual concepts with a clear storytelling vision.
• Work with drone footage, renders, CGI, and architectural visuals.
• Use AI tools to enhance video production, animation, image generation, and creative workflows.
• Optimize video content for social media and digital campaigns.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in video editing and motion graphics.
• Strong real estate portfolio is preferred.
• Highly creative, with a strong visual eye, original thinking, and the ability to develop ideas beyond execution.
• Strong sense of art direction, storytelling, composition, and visual identity.
• Advanced skills in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Experience with Google Earth Studio / map animations.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as Higgsfield, Runway, Midjourney, Firefly, Kling, Veo, and ElevenLabs.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver premium-quality work.
