ABOUT THE ROLE
You'll be responsible for producing high-end property videos, project launch films, social media reels, and investor presentations that reflect the quality of our brand and developments.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Edit and produce cinematic property tour videos & project content
Create engaging reels and short-form videos across social platforms
Color grade, sound design, and deliver final exports for multiple formats
Use AI-powered tools to enhance workflow (e.g. CapCut AI, Runway, Adobe AI features)
Role Description
- This full-time, on-site role is based in Sheraton Al Matar, El Nozha, and offers an exciting opportunity for a Senior Video Editor. The selected candidate will handle end-to-end video production, including editing raw footage, applying video color grading, and adding motion graphics to create engaging and impactful content. Coordinating with creative teams to execute concepts and innovative graphics will also be a crucial aspect of this role. The role requires strong technical expertise, creative storytelling ability, and an eye for detail.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional video editing experience
- Previous experience or strong knowledge of the real estate industry is a must
- Actively uses AI tools in the editing/production process
- Proficiency in Video Editing techniques and tools
- Experience in Video Production processes, from pre-production to post-production
- Strong skills in Video Color Grading to enhance visual quality
- Proficiency in Motion Graphics and Graphics design to enhance engagement
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, creative environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team
- Knowledge of the latest video editing software and industry trends is highly desirable
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, Design, or a related field is preferred
