Senior Visual Designer

PART TIME role for Dubai-based candidates with existing valid UAE residence visas and self-sponsored work eligibility.

Oxygen Strategic Partners is looking for a Mid-senior Visual Designer to join our growing team in Dubai.

We work with ambitious brands across mission-critical industries, bringing together strategy, technology, content and design to create work that is both visually strong and commercially relevant.

We're looking for someone with strong creative instincts, a sharp eye for design and genuine curiosity about how AI is changing the creative process.

You should be comfortable moving between ideas, formats and tools, from developing an initial visual direction to producing polished social content, campaign creative, presentations, video and AI-assisted concepts.

What you'll work on

You'll support a mix of client and Oxygen projects across:

• Social media campaigns, carousels and digital content
• Short-form video, reels and motion creative
• Presentation and pitch deck design
• Campaign concepts and visual directions
• Website and digital marketing assets
• AI-generated imagery and creative exploration
• Brand storytelling and content development
• Moodboards, concepts and creative treatments
• Fast-moving creative around campaigns, events and industry moments
• Your creative toolkit

We're looking for someone comfortable working across a modern mix of design, AI and content tools, including:

• Figma and Figma AI
• Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
• Midjourney
• ChatGPT
• Claude
• Adobe Firefly
• Runway and generative video tools
• CapCut, Premiere Pro or After Effects
• Emerging AI design, image and video platforms

What we're looking for:

• Strong visual taste and creative judgement
• A solid understanding of typography, layout, composition and hierarchy
• Confidence designing for digital and social channels
• Experience using AI as part of the creative process
• Ability to turn a brief or rough idea into a clear visual direction
• Video editing and basic motion skills
• Comfort working across different brands and visual identities
• Curiosity around new creative tools, formats and workflows
• Ability to work quickly while maintaining attention to detail
• Openness to feedback, collaboration and iteration
• A portfolio that demonstrates creative range and strong visual thinking
• Experience required: 4+ years
