Senior Visual Merchandiser role is tasked with the implementation of the VM brand guidelines to enhance the customer experience and in turn increase sales.
This role reports directly to the GL VM Supervisor and supports areas such as display window design, in store department layouts, in store event set up, product placement, fixture layout
Delivering outstanding VM standards throughout the GL store in line with ABA and host brand guidelines
Responsible for delivering VM creative sand schemes as per GL VM Supervisor direction
Day to Day up keep of all VM standards
Implementation of window and in store VM schemes
Working with concessions to ensure VM standards are adhered to
Working closely with ABA marketing department for event set up
Policing VM standards
Liaise with Department Managers
Work closely with host brand
Skills
Minimum Bachelor Degree
Must have min 2+ years experience in VM roles
Must have multi brand experience and Fashion VM experience and skills
Must have creative problem-solving skills
Must be commercial minded and must have strong communication skills
Ability to work in a team-driven environment
Good organization and learning skills
