Key Responsibilities
- Design, deploy and implement enterprise VMware infrastructure.
- Build and administer VMware vSphere environments, including ESXi, vCenter, clusters, networking and storage.
- Deploy and manage VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) environments.
- Configure and administer VMware vSAN, distributed switches (vDS), HA and DRS.
- Perform VMware platform upgrades, migrations and lifecycle management.
- Troubleshoot complex issues across VMware compute, storage and networking layers.
- Implement and maintain VMware NSX-T for software-defined networking.
- Work closely with infrastructure, network and storage teams to deliver enterprise virtualization solutions.
- Produce technical documentation and participate in knowledge transfer activities.
- Support infrastructure transformation and modernization initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of hands-on VMware infrastructure experience.
- Strong expertise in VMware vSphere, including ESXi and vCenter.
- Solid experience with VMware storage (vSAN) and networking (vDS).
- Experience designing and implementing enterprise VMware environments.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across VMware compute, storage and networking.
- Hands-on experience with VMware upgrades, migrations and deployments.
- Experience working in large enterprise or mission-critical environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
