Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Senior Vice President (SVP) of Sales to lead and scale our sales organization across a growing portfolio of real estate developments. This executive will be responsible for driving revenue strategy, accelerating absorption, optimizing pricing, and delivering predictable top-line growth.

The SVP of Sales will lead high-performing sales teams, establish strategic broker and channel partnerships, optimize pricing strategies, and ensure successful project launches and sell-through performance across all developments.

The successful candidate will be:

  • A seasoned real estate sales leader with over 15 years of progressive executive experience
  • A track record of successfully launching and selling large-scale, high-value developments
  • Commercially astute with a strong grasp of financial performance, pricing strategy, and revenue forecasting
