- Maintaining a friendly yet unobtrusive manner with all guests.
- Controlling the usage of all food and beverage items and ensuring appropriate usage of equipment, tools, and service equipment.
- Communicating with the Culinary Team to ensure an exceptional dining experience for all guests.
- Ensuring food pick-up and service are being carried out impeccably and completed in a timely manner.
- Anticipating guest needs, ascertaining satisfaction, offering suggestions, and responding urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
- Setting up tables, serving food and beverages to guests, and clearing and cleaning tables.
- Communicating guest orders, including any special needs or requests, to the kitchen using the hotel's point-of-sale system.
- Coordinating food timings according to company standards.
- Following all SOPs and SOS guidelines provided to the service team.
- Understanding all food and beverage items offered, including ingredients, methods of preparation, and proper service.
- Breaking down, cleaning, and setting up tables, buffets, and food stations.
- Performing other tasks or projects assigned by restaurant management.
- Ensuring comprehensive knowledge of health and safety, HACCP, and hygiene regulations.
