Job Title: Senior Wellness Manager

Reports to: Cluster Director of Spa and Wellness

Role Purpose

The Senior Wellness Manager leads the strategic development and delivery of wellness programming across both properties, ensuring the experiences align with the brand positioning and guest journey. The role focuses on wellness experiences, activities, and guest engagement rather than spa administration.

Key Responsibilities

Wellness Programming Leadership

• Develop the overall wellness concept and programming across both properties.
• Curate signature wellness experiences, workshops, and seasonal wellness offerings.
• Work closely with the Assistant Wellness Manager to coordinate program delivery.

Guest Journey Integration

• Collaborate with Guest Relations to integrate wellness into the guest journey starting from reservation confirmation.
• Design personalized wellness itineraries for guests.

Guest Engagement

• Deliver approximately 34 hours daily of wellness activities, including group sessions and private experiences.

Team Leadership

• Lead the wellness instructors and coordinate activities across properties.
• Provide direction to ensure consistent wellness experiences.

Revenue Contribution

• Drive wellness experience revenue and retail opportunities through guest engagement.
