Senior Workforce analyst

WFM Analyst

We are looking for a WFM Analyst to join our global team in GBS and support workforce planning and optimization activities.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Workforce Management (WFM)
• English level: B2 or above
• Hands-on experience with WFM tools such as NICE IEX or Verint is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and organizational skills
