We are looking for an experienced Senior BIM Engineer to join our team and support the successful delivery of high-end villa projects.
Key Responsibilities
- :Develop, manage, and coordinate BIM models for villa project
- sPerform clash detection and multidisciplinary coordination using BIM tool
- sEnsure models comply with project standards, specifications, and BIM execution plan
- sCoordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and site team
- sGenerate accurate drawings, schedules, and project documentation from BIM model

Requirement
- s:Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related fie
- ldMinimum 5 years of BIM experience, preferably in villa or residential projec
- tsProficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360/A
