About the Role

As a SEO, AIO & Lifecycle Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for defining and activating our modern digital discovery and customer engagement strategies. You will ensure that Kama Capital's brand and content are easily discoverable, understandable, and credible across both traditional search engines and AI-driven platforms (like ChatGPT, Google Gemini, and AI Overviews). Additionally, you will be the in-house expert and primary owner of our Braze CRM platform, crafting highly personalized, cross-channel customer journeys that drive conversion and retention.

Key Responsibilities

Search Engine & AI Optimization (SEO & AIO)

  • Develop and Execute SEO/AIO Strategies: Lead our enterprise search visibility strategy, optimizing content for traditional search engines as well as generative AI discovery platforms.
  • Conversational Content Creation: Structure and optimize website content, FAQs, and knowledge bases to directly answer user queries in a natural, conversational format preferred by Large Language Models (LLMs).
  • Technical Optimization: Implement and manage structured data (Schema markup) to categorize website content, ensuring AI models can easily process and cite our brand.
  • Credibility & Trust Building: Enhance our digital E-E-A-T (Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, Trustworthiness) by managing online reviews, citations, and maintaining consistent brand information across all digital touchpoints.
  • Performance Monitoring: Utilize tools like GA4, Semrush, and specialized AI tracking methods to monitor organic visibility, share of voice, and competitive gaps across both search engines and AI summaries.

Customer Journey & CRM Management (Braze)

  • Braze Platform Ownership: Serve as the primary administrator and expert for Braze, managing all aspects of the platform from campaign setup to execution.
  • Journey Orchestration: Design, build, and optimize complex, cross-channel messaging initiatives (Email, Push, In-App, SMS) using Braze Canvas.
  • Advanced Personalization: Leverage Braze's Liquid templating language and segment extensions to dynamically insert personalized data into message campaigns.
  • Testing & Optimization: Set up and manage A/B and multivariate tests to enhance messaging performance. Utilize BrazeAI™ features and Predictive Suite to capture users at opportune moments.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Assess channel and engagement insights using the Braze Analytics Dashboard, translating data into actionable recommendations to improve customer retention and lifetime value.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience: 3 to 4 years of proven experience in digital marketing, specifically focusing on SEO, CRM management, and marketing automation.
  • Braze Expertise: Hands-on, extensive experience executing marketing initiatives from start to finish within the Braze dashboard. (Braze Certified Marketing Specialist credential is a strong plus).
  • SEO & AIO Knowledge: Deep understanding of traditional SEO best practices and a strong grasp of emerging AIO concepts, including how to optimize content for AI-generated answers and snippets.
  • Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and structured data (Schema markup). Experience with Liquid templating is highly desirable.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency with digital marketing and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics 4, Semrush, Moz). Ability to analyze visitor behavior, discovery performance, and conversion outcomes.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear, compelling content and engage diverse stakeholders.
