About the Role

Peak Trust is building a premium, data-led growth engine across real estate and advisory brands. We're looking for a Senior SEO & Performance Marketing Lead who can own the full digital acquisition funnel and deliver qualified inbound leads, not vanity metrics.

This is a senior individual contributor role with full ownership across SEO, paid media, analytics, and AI-powered execution. You'll work directly with founders and sales teams to turn intent into real business outcomes.

What You'll Own

SEO & Organic Growth

  • End-to-end SEO strategy and execution
  • Keyword research and content planning focused on buyer intent
  • Topic clusters, on-page optimization, internal linking, and technical SEO
  • Content planning with writers, designers, and AI tools
  • Authority building through high-quality backlinks

Performance Marketing

  • Paid acquisition across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn
  • Full-funnel campaign design with retargeting and remarketing
  • Budget ownership, CPA and ROAS optimization
  • Creative and audience testing using AI tools
  • Conversion tracking, pixels, and attribution

Qualified Lead Generation

  • Accountability for high-intent inbound leads
  • ICP definition and lead qualification frameworks
  • Optimized funnels that convert into real sales conversations
  • Continuous feedback loop with sales and advisory teams

AI-Driven Execution

  • Use ChatGPT, Claude, and marketing AI tools for:
  • Ad creatives and copy
  • Keyword clustering and content outlines
  • Competitor and market analysis
  • Improve internal AI workflows to scale speed and quality

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track traffic, conversions, CAC, ROI, and lead quality
  • Attribute performance to revenue outcomes
  • Present clear, actionable monthly insights to leadership

What We're Looking For

  • 6+ years in SEO and performance marketing
  • Proven ability to generate qualified inbound leads
  • Strong hands-on experience with GA4, Search Console, Tag Manager
  • Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads
  • Deep understanding of funnels, landing pages, and conversion optimization
  • Comfortable using AI tools for execution and automation
  • Commercial mindset with strong analytical skills
  • Bonus: experience in real estate, finance, SaaS, or professional services
