Job Summary :
Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic traffic and search engine rankings. Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Optimize website pages, product listings, landing pages, blogs, and category pages for SEO.
Perform technical SEO audits and resolve crawl, indexing, speed, and Core Web Vitals issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Content, Creative, and Website teams to produce SEO-friendly content.
- Optimize e-commerce pages and improve product discoverability.
- Monitor website performance using GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
- Build and manage ethical backlink strategies to improve domain authority.
- Stay up to date with Google algorithm changes and recommend continuous improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in SEO or Digital Marketing.
- Strong knowledge of technical, on-page, and off-page SEO.
- Experience with Shopify, WordPress, or similar CMS platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.
- Passion for digital marketing, innovation, and continuous learning.
- Experience in the retail, beauty, fragrance, FMCG, or lifestyle industry is an advantage.
- Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is a plus.

- Understanding of website architecture and basic HTML.
