JOB DESCRIPTION
- Maximize revenue by promoting and recommending additional services/products, emphasizing unique features and benefits.
- Act as a liaison between customers and the service department, serving as a brand ambassador.
- Provide honest and clear communication about vehicle issues, repair timeframes, and costs.
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a focus on retention and upselling of supplementary services.
- Greet and assist customers, ensuring a smooth and welcoming service experience.
- Schedule customer appointments and manage the service department's workflow.
- Provide maintenance and repair recommendations, estimates, and approvals before work begins.
- Coordinate with Parts Advisor to ensure availability of spare parts.
- Manage customer complaints, escalations, and feedback while maintaining accurate service history.
- Ensure repairs are carried out as per job cards and delivered on committed timelines.
- Streamline communication between customers, technicians, and the service team.
Experience
- Diploma or Degree in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering.
- Strong technical background with knowledge of new automotive technologies.
- 3 to 5 years of experience as a Mechanical Service Advisor in the automobile industry.
