Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Service Advisor based in Kuwait. The Service Advisor will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by addressing clients service needs, ensuring smooth communication between customers and the service team, and offering solutions tailored to vehicle issues. Daily tasks will include scheduling maintenance appointments, coordinating repair services, managing estimates, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Knowledge of automobile maintenance, repair processes, and service procedures
• Operational expertise in scheduling, coordination, and administrative tasks
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Proficiency with service management software and basic computer skills
• Fluency in English & Arabic
• Previous experience in a service advisor or related role is highly preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in automotive services is an advantage
