Service Advisor – Commercial Vehicles (UAEN)
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor (UAEN) to join our team in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact between customers and the service team
- Understand customer concerns and translate them into clear job instructions for technicians
- Provide accurate service estimates, timelines, and updates to customers
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
- Coordinate with workshop staff to ensure timely completion of work
- Upsell additional services and maintenance when required
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Automotive Engineering or a related technical field
- Strong knowledge of passenger and commercial vehicles
- Good understanding of automotive systems and repair processes
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor is an advantage
