Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt, for a Service Advisor. The Service Advisor will be responsible for ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by coordinating automotive servicing and aftersales solutions. Daily tasks include engaging with customers to understand their service requirements, managing service processes, and maintaining clear communication between the service team and clients. The role will also involve providing updates to customers throughout the servicing process and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction, Customer-focused Service, and Customer Service
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with customers and team members
  • Experience in Aftersales, with an understanding of automotive service processes, is preferred
  • Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to meeting customer needs
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools and basic computer applications
  • Availability to work on-site in Cairo, Egypt
