About the Role

Chef's Aid is a growing commercial kitchen maintenance company operating across the UAE.

We're looking for a Service Coordinator who can play a key role in keeping our daily operations running smoothly. This position sits at the center of the business, working closely with clients, technicians, and internal teams.

What You'll Be Doing

Operations & Scheduling

  • Coordinate daily service requests, inspections, and maintenance visits
  • Schedule and assign technicians based on priority and location
  • Help ensure service timelines and commitments are met

Client Communication

  • Respond to service requests via phone and email
  • Provide updates to clients on job progress and timelines
  • Build positive and professional client relationships

System & Job Management

  • Create and manage work orders on our management systems
  • Track job progress and ensure information is accurate and up to date
  • Highlight any delays or issues for quick resolution

Follow-Ups & Coordination

  • Follow up on pending jobs, spare parts, and approvals
  • Support job completion and proper closure of service reports
  • Work closely with technicians and the spare parts team

Who We're Looking For
  • Experience in service coordination, dispatch, or operations
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • A proactive mindset with good attention to detail
  • Confidence in dealing with clients and handling day-to-day challenges

Experience in technical service environments (maintenance, facilities, HVAC, kitchen equipment, etc.) is a plus.
