About the RoleChef's Aid is a growing commercial kitchen maintenance company operating across the UAE.
We're looking for a Service Coordinator who can play a key role in keeping our daily operations running smoothly. This position sits at the center of the business, working closely with clients, technicians, and internal teams.
What You'll Be DoingOperations & Scheduling
- Coordinate daily service requests, inspections, and maintenance visits
- Schedule and assign technicians based on priority and location
- Help ensure service timelines and commitments are met
Client Communication
- Respond to service requests via phone and email
- Provide updates to clients on job progress and timelines
- Build positive and professional client relationships
System & Job Management
- Create and manage work orders on our management systems
- Track job progress and ensure information is accurate and up to date
- Highlight any delays or issues for quick resolution
Follow-Ups & Coordination
- Follow up on pending jobs, spare parts, and approvals
- Support job completion and proper closure of service reports
- Work closely with technicians and the spare parts team
Who We're Looking For- Experience in service coordination, dispatch, or operations
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive mindset with good attention to detail
- Confidence in dealing with clients and handling day-to-day challenges
Experience in technical service environments (maintenance, facilities, HVAC, kitchen equipment, etc.) is a plus.
