What is the job about
The Service Coordinator Apply well-developed professional knowledge to liaise and build trust with customers, service staff and contractors regarding any scope of service work. Coordinate and schedule service operations and site visits.
Handle customer requests (phone calls, orders etc.) and prepare standard quotations.
He/she is responsible for customer satisfaction in the assigned market, is technical accountable and works -independently or together with ASP to address customer requests in an efficient and professional manner
Your main responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule service operations (using Service Management System).
- Liaise and build trust with customers, service staff, contractors (Authorized Service Partners) regarding any scope of on-site work, including Health &Safety aspects.
- Organize travels and site visits.
- Handle customer requests (phone calls, orders etc.) and prepare simple quotations.
- Assist in executing plans, policies and projects (e.g. monitoring service delivery, - level and - hours metrics etc.).
- Handle escalated complaints from customers and drive to satisfactory conclusion.
- Assist leadership and colleagues continuous improvement and execution of service plans.
- Prepare monthly performance reports for the Head of Service & Solutions.
- Support administration tasks related to service workshop
- Reports matters related to Safety, Health and Environment
- Lives in Grundfos's core values, takes responsibility for own actions and takes care of colleagues, partners and customers
Your Background:
- Bachelor's Degree, Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience2 years of work experience in the industry or comparable environment
- SAP experience preferred
- Experience driving well-defined processes within the service environment.
- Ability to lead minor processes or projects.
- Ability to lead a well-defined business process within the service environment.
- Most likely to have 5-10 years of relevant work experience before entering level besides formal education.
- Technical, functional and professional
- Ability influence others and follow processes.
- Some experience supporting key business initiatives.
- Knowledge of best practices and relevant practices, systems in the service environment
