Service Crew / Food Runner

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver food orders to the correct tables promptly and accurately
• Ensure correct presentation of dishes before leaving the kitchen
• Communicate clearly with servers and kitchen team about any delays or issues
• Provide guests with basic descriptions of dishes when needed
• Assist in clearing and resetting tables during and after service
• Support the service team with water refills, condiments, or additional cutlery
• Handle hot plates, trays, and food with care and proper safety measures
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the service pass and dining area
• Follow hygiene and safety protocols throughout the shift

Skills & Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a food runner or service support role preferred
• Ability to withstand outdoor summer season
• Knowledge of specialty coffee
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Energetic, reliable, and service-oriented
• Physically fit to carry trays and walk long distances during busy service
