Task Description:- Hospitality & Guest Interaction: Embodying Enlightened Hospitality by interacting with guests and team members with genuine warmth, care, and a positive attitude.
- Food Preparation & Assembly: Preparing and assembling food orders according to Shake Shack's recipes and quality standards (e.g., cooking, cleaning, prepping ingredients).
- Mastering Stations: Learning and rotating through all stations in the kitchen and on the floor to maintain efficiency and keep the work fresh.
- Operational Excellence: Executing day-to-day operations duties, ensuring high productivity, managing high volume with high quality, and being aware of controlling methods to reduce wastage.
- Cleanliness & Safety: Following all food safety and sanitation procedures and maintaining the facility and equipment to the highest standards of safety and cleanliness. Teamwork & Development: Working as part of a team, participating in ongoing training and development, and taking on additional roles and responsibilities
