About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and customer focused Service Delivery Manager to lead the successful delivery of integrated physical security and smart platform projects across enterprise and government environments.
The ideal candidate will manage customer relationships, oversee project execution, coordinate technical teams, and ensure operational excellence across deployments involving CCTV, access control, AI analytics, IoT, PSIM, and smart city technologies.
This role requires a strong balance of technical understanding, operational leadership, and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end service delivery for physical security and smart platform projects.
- Manage implementation, deployment, commissioning, and post-delivery support activities.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers during project execution and operational support.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including presales, engineering, PMO, support, and external partners.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with customer expectations.
- Oversee SLAs, KPIs, incident management, escalation handling, and service reporting.
- Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support architecture review sessions and customer workshops.
- Ensure seamless integration between CCTV, access control, IoT, AI analytics, and third-party systems.
- Monitor project risks, resource planning, and delivery performance.
- Build long-term customer relationships and identify opportunities for service expansion.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and ensure successful adoption of deployed solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in service delivery, project management, or operations within the physical security or smart technology industry.
- Strong understanding of:
- CCTV & Video Management Systems (VMS)
- Access Control Systems
- AI Video Analytics
- IoT & Smart City Platforms
- PSIM / Security Integration Platforms
- Cloud and Hybrid Architectures
- Experience managing enterprise or government projects.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and operational leadership capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- PMP, ITIL, or related certifications are considered a plus.
- Experience with smart cities, critical infrastructure, transportation, or enterprise security environments.
- Familiarity with API integrations, ONVIF, SDKs, and enterprise system integrations.
- Exposure to GIS platforms, analytics dashboards, and operational intelligence systems.
- Experience working with multinational customers and regional system integrators.
