Role: Service Delivery Lead

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Type: Contract (3 months Contract -extendable)

Experience: 8+ years

Note: Looking for Immediate Joiners

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day service delivery operations ensuring adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and compliance standards.
  • Coordinate and guide cross-functional teams to manage incident, problem, and request workflows efficiently.
  • Conduct service reviews, monitor performance metrics, and implement strategies to improve service quality.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for critical incidents, ensuring timely resolution and communication.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process gaps, analyzing trends, and implementing corrective actions.
  • Prepare and present service performance reports to stakeholders and leadership teams.
  • Collaborate with vendors, support teams, and business users to maintain seamless service operations.
  • Ensure documentation, SOPs, and operational processes are up to date and aligned with best practices.

Required Experience & Skills

  • 8+ years of experience in Service Delivery, IT Operations, or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request Management).
  • Proven ability to manage service performance in high-volume, fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team-coordination skills.
  • Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy, JIRA, or similar platforms.
