Role Description

We are looking for a Service Delivery Manager with good knowledge of mobile networks and E2E performance optimisation to oversee the delivery of projects and service to clients and ensure they are meeting and exceeding the customer expectations. The Service Delivery Manager will oversee the end-to-end service dleivery process, develop and maintain client relationships, and drive continuous service improvement.

Ideal Candidate

• 10+ years telecoms and technology experience in mobile networks including in RAN and E2E network quality management and monitoring, QoS, QoE
• Background in RAN network planning, optimisation and performance troubleshooting (multi-technology and multi-vendor)
• Knowledge of mobile networks including 4G, 5G, radio and preferably core network knowledge.
• Project Management experience and qualifications
• Experience working with partners, suppliers and customers and driving continuous service improvement
• Ability to learn new technologies and concepts and adapt to new situations
• Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team with minimal supervision
• Leadership ability, strong interpersonal skills, ability to effectively communicate to key stakeholders
