JOB DESCRIPTION
Role Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Delivery Partner to lead and manage the end-to-end QA and testing delivery for 7–8 banking accounts in the Middle East region (Dubai/ Saudi Arabia). The role demands a strong blend of delivery governance, presales acumen, financial management, and deep banking domain expertise. The ideal candidate will own the P&L for the banking practice, drive structured QA processes, and build long-term client relationships that fuel account growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Delivery & Program Governance
- Own end-to-end delivery of functional testing, test automation, and performance testing across 7 8 concurrent banking accounts.
- Lead and manage a team of 100+ QA professionals across multiple geographies and client engagements.
- Establish and enforce structured QA processes, metrics-based governance frameworks, and delivery dashboards.
- Ensure on-time, within-budget, and high-quality delivery across all accounts.
- Drive automation adoption and shift-left testing strategies across engagements.
Client & Account Management
- Act as the primary escalation point and executive sponsor for all assigned banking clients.
- Drive account mining and farming strategies to expand footprint and increase revenue within existing accounts.
- Build trusted relationships with CXO and senior stakeholder levels at client organizations.
- Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities aligned with client priorities.
Presales & Business Development
- Collaborate with the sales and presales teams to support RFP/RFI responses, solution design, and client presentations.
- Lead effort estimation, resource planning, and solution architecture for new opportunities.
- Contribute to pricing strategies, commercials, and contract negotiations.
- Financial & P&L Management
- Own the P&L for the banking QA practice — including revenue, margin, cost optimization, and profitability targets.
- Monitor financial health of all accounts; take corrective actions to protect and improve margins.
- Manage billing, forecasting, and financial reporting in alignment with leadership expectations.
Resource Planning & Fulfillment
- Drive end-to-end resource fulfillment — hiring, onboarding, capacity planning, and pyramid optimization.
- Independently manage the complete resource ramp-up process for new project kick-offs.
- Partner with HR and talent acquisition to ensure timely availability of skilled QA resources.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 18+ years of overall IT experience with at least 10+ years in QA/Testing delivery leadership roles.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale QA delivery for banking or financial services clients.
- Hands-on experience working with clients in the Dubai or Saudi Arabia; strong understanding of Middle East business culture and market dynamics.
- Expertise in functional testing, test automation frameworks (Selenium, UFT, etc.), performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner), and API testing.
- Deep banking domain knowledge — Core Banking, Payments, Trade Finance, Retail/Corporate Banking, Regulatory Compliance, Digital Banking.
- Experience managing multi-account portfolios (6–8 accounts simultaneously) with teams of 100+ resources.
- Strong understanding of P&L management, margin governance, and financial reporting.
- Demonstrated presales experience — effort estimation, RFP response, solution design, client pitches.
- Excellent stakeholder management, executive communication, and negotiation skills
Good to Have:
- Exposure to BFSI regulatory environments in GCC countries (Dubai, Central Bank, SAMA guidelines).
- Certifications: ISTQB Advanced / Expert, PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, or equivalent.
- Experience with Agile/SAFe delivery models and DevSecOps testing practices.
- Knowledge of AI/ML-based test automation or intelligent QA tools.
