RISE TO THE CHALLENGE

Philip Morris Management Services (Middle East) Ltd (PMMS) is looking for a Service Delivery Sr Specialist to join the team. As a Service Delivery Sr Specialist, you will be part of the Operations team, reporting to the OCS Manager.

The role acts as the regional extension of the OCS function in Lower Gulf markets (UAE, Bahrain, Qatar & Oman), accountable for end-to-end service delivery operations across Lower Gulf markets. It ensures full lifecycle management of finished goods from sourcing, inventory management , and distributor replenishment. The role holder will also be responsible for consistent execution of service standards, compliance, and KPIs across all Lower Gulf markets

The position serves as a critical integration point between IBP, logistics, distributors, and commercial teams, ensuring high service reliability, inventory accuracy, and operational excellence.

YOUR DAY TO DAY

Regional E2E Operational Ownership

  • Lead end-to-end supply chain execution across Lower Gulf markets
  • Manage inbound shipments, inventory flows, and outbound deliveries to distributors
  • Ensure seamless execution from order creation → receiving → storage → final delivery
  • Govern shipment tracking, compliance, and issue resolution across markets

Planning, Coordination & Cross-Functional Alignment

  • Coordinate shipment, supply, and replenishment plans across markets
  • Act as central interface across IBP, OCS, Finance, and Commercial teams
  • Ensure strong alignment between demand plans, supply availability, and execution realities

Inventory & Systems Governance

  • Ensure inventory accuracy and system integrity (SAP / WMS)
  • Govern inventory controls, FIFO, and reconciliation
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and company standards

Warehousing & Logistics Excellence

  • Oversee bonded and domestic warehouse operations
  • Ensure adherence to SOPs and operational standards
  • Drive continuous optimization of logistics processes
  • Lead and coordinate reverse logistics for cost optimization
  • Ensure Track & Trace compliance across markets

KPI Management, Reporting & Analytics

  • Own and track service delivery KPIs (CFR, OTIF, Aging stock, Demurrage &Detention, Documentation accuracy)
  • Deliver reporting, root cause analysis, and corrective actions

External Stakeholder & Distributor Management

  • Manage distributors, LSPs, and authorities
  • Ensure inbound clearance and outbound servicing
  • Ensure alignment for new product registrations prior to inbound shipments and maintain compliance

Compliance, Governance & Risk Management

  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and corporate SOPs
  • Oversee regulatory, safety, and risk mitigation processes

Systems, Digital & Process Enablement

  • Drive SAP/WMS and Track & Trace usage
  • Ensure data accuracy and process standardization

Who We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree (Supply Chain Management and/or Logistics a PLUS)
  • 3-7 years of experience in Supply chain/logistics
  • Ability to manage multi-market complexity
  • Strong execution and compliance discipline
  • Analytical Mindset & KPI driven decision making

  • Inventory management & warehousing
  • SAP / WMS systems and T&T Scanning applications example U-Track / I-Track a PLUS
