Service Desk Analyst - Saudi (onsite)

We are seeking an experienced Service Desk Analyst

Location : Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (onsite)

Contract : 3 months, (extendable)

Experience : 8+ years

Candidates open to relocate to Riyadh are welcome.

Only immediate joiners will be considered for this opportunity.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in IT support or service desk operations.
• Basic understanding of Windows OS, MS Office, and common workplace applications.
• Ability to perform basic troubleshooting across hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Familiarity with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira, BMC Remedy, etc.) is a plus.
• Good communication skills with a customer-first approach.
• Ability to follow procedures, work in shifts (if applicable), and handle multiple tasks.
• Basic understanding of ITIL concepts is an advantage.

Nice-to-Have

• ITIL Foundation Certification
• Experience working in enterprise or managed services environments
• Exposure to Active Directory, password resets, and basic user provisioning tasks
